Sr. Executive - Compliance
Details of the Position
Function / Department : Compliances
Reports to : Manager Payroll & Compliances
Location : Gurugram, Haryana
Purpose of the Position
Will be responsible to efficiently execute the HR compliance tasks across India.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
The major / primary roles and responsibilities of the job will be as follows, including but not limited to:
Ensure that the employees deputed at various locations in India are registered under various acts as per the law.
Review, update and renew all legal documents/certificates/licenses from time to time by communicating with the specific authorities.
Prepare and submit of quarterly, half yearly and annual returns under the various Labour Laws.
Do monthly calculation, validation & processing of statutory dues of EPF, ESIC, LWF, PT and ensure timely payment.
Preparation of monthly PF and ESIC challans with accuracy.
Make sure that all statutory returns under various Labour Acts are filed and submitted for PAN India locations.
Ensure that the statutory registers under various Labour Laws & Acts for PAN India locations are well maintained and timely updated.
Prepare and keep the documentation related to audit and compliance.
Give suggestions to the manager regarding several important updates and decisions under various labour laws.
Preparation of monthly compliance reports for different clients which comes under CLRA Act like Muster Roll, Register of wages, Register of fine/damages/loss/advance, Overtime Register, Accident Register etc.
To handle the Compliance related queries of employees (PF Transfer/withdrawal, correction in particulars, ESIC card related queries received from Active & exited employees).
Maintain continuous and healthy interaction with regulators and government authorities on compliance matters related to PF, ESIC, Gratuity, LWF, PT, etc.
To handle compliance audits of our clients
Skills, Knowledge & Competencies
Must have in-depth knowledge of statutory compliances and labour acts at PAN India level.
Good working knowledge of compliance process.
Must be fully updated on all latest updates on labour laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience
6-8 years of experience in statutory compliances.
Salary Budget
5-6 LPA
Education Qualifications
Any graduate / postgraduate.
Any additional qualification in HR / statutory compliances will be an added advantage.
